Every remodeling project is unique and no two solutions are really ever the same. This project required a complete rebuild with an addition in the middle to connect what was previously two separate buildings. The end result included a new bathroom and laundry room, and changed from a 1 bed/1 bath to a 3 bed/2 bath.

Updates to existing builds always require a great deal of care and expertise. This particular remodel was of a home originally built around 1900. What started as a project to reframe and open up the common areas inside, turned into a reframing of the entire house and changing the home layout to create a 2 bed/2 bath. The project also included new electrical, new plumbing, repairs to the majority of the subfloor, a new roof, new windows and doors, siding, flooring, paint, and new front and rear decks.
